Position: HR ADMIN SUPPORT

JOB Responsibility:

· Provide administrative support to HR department

· Manage and update Infotech database

· Archival of paperwork for HR policies and procedures

· Provide support for new employee orientation programme, on-boarding and off-boarding

· Issue / Renew / Cancel of Work Permit and S Pass

· Keep track and renew of workers’ courses

· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

· ITE / Secondary N/O Level

· 1-2 years’ experience

· Fresh Graduates are welcomed

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Japanese-Speaking Recruitment Consultant Support Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and operational support to recruitment consultants.
• Facilitate smooth communication with clients and candidates.
• Assist in scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and other recruitment activities.
• Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and processes.
• Perform background screening for candidates.
• Prepare monthly payslips and CPF submissions for clients.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English and Japanese (JLPT N2/N1). Candidate needs to communicate with Japanese speaking and English speaking clients.
• Entry level candidates are welcome; on-job training will be provided.
• CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) certification will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
