Job Description:

• Monitor warehouse assistants on the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods;
• Identify all areas of improvement and maximize productivity;
• Prepare and manage SAP system to optimize time management;
• Closely monitor all deliveries for raw materials for production. Ensure all stocks are arranged and delivered based on FIFO system;
• Handle and prepare for Delivery Order and Packing List;
• Assist on incoming and outgoing cargo;
• Maintain completed detailed warehouse materials identifications;
• Ensure that the minimum level of parts is identified and maintained at all times and planning for future capacity requirements;
• Prepare and support production department for withdrawing raw material/packaging material based on stock out request form and BMR List;
• Raise purchase order when required and ensure timely arrangement of maintenance for forklift and stacker
• Conduct physical monthly inventories cycle counts and audit;
• Provide monthly inventory reports on the level of raw material, packaging material and finished goods by end of the month; finished goods inventory list to be provided upon management request;
• Responsible for the internal and external audit process and documentation
• Ensure health, safety, cleanliness and security of the warehouse/receiving and distribution goods area at all times;
• Handle and manage GMP and ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 guidelines, policy and SOPs;
• Conduct and provide refresher training for warehouse staff for cGMP and ISO SOPs;
• Plan, supervise all warehouse staff and assign their work schedule and inventory;
• Highlight, feedback or suggest during and/or after the monthly staff meeting;
• Other projects and assignments instructed or delegated by management and director.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Logistic Supply Chain/Warehouse Management
• Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, Computer literate
• At least 5 year(s) of working and supervision experience in the related field
• Possess Forklift License

Responsibilities:

For Administrative Work in Logistics and Warehouse (30%)

• Manage and perform the administrative functions of the department.
• Ensure all inventory transactions, both outgoing and internal, are accurately updated in the Netsuite System.
• Maintain proper documentation of departmental activities to meet audit requirements.
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned by superiors.

For Receiving and Issuing Parts & Accessories to Warehouse, Surveyors & SI/Service Engineers (70%)

• Ensure all items picked and issued to the warehouse for packing, SI Engineers for system integration, or Service Engineers are correct and free of discrepancies.
• Verify the condition of stock items received from Service Engineers through MR return, inspecting for physical damage before allocating them to their respective locations.
• Maintain proper identification of items in locations/bins with accurate marking labels.
• Assist in optimizing space utilization and maintaining workplace safety.
• Perform administrative tasks related to order processing, including issuing MR, returning MR, location transfers, bin transfers, and processing delivery orders (consumable & billable).

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics or Business or related field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a similar industry.
• Proficient in using MS Office Applications.
• Good in presentation and negotiation skills.

Curriculum Manager (Primary English language)
Location: Thomson Plaza (574408) ; visit another branch at Tampines, Punggol, Parkway, Bukit Timah when needed.

Working days: Tuesday - Saturday
Working Time: 44 hours per week | Must be comfortable to work 4 weekdays (2 early weekdays 10am-7pm, 2 late weekdays 12.30pm-9.30pm) and 1 weekend (8am-6pm)

Job Responsibility:

Curriculum Manager:

• Set the framework for Primary English language curriculum and pedagogy, ensuring that it is in line with MOE guidelines and delivering a learning experience that is fun, challenging and brings desired results.
• Clearly articulate the differentiating factors of the Primary English language curriculum and ensure they are communicated through the materials and lesson delivery.
• Provide leadership in curriculum planning, design, research and innovation.
• Stay current with curricular trends and ensure changes in Singapore’s MOE guidelines are promptly integrated into curriculum.
• Identify and lead a team of writers who will assist in curriculum development, be responsible for the training and development of the writers and ensuring that submission deadlines are met.
• Review and identify any learning gaps in students’ learning and develop effective and innovative programmes to bridge the gaps.
• Actively scan the internal and external market and develop programmes to provide growth opportunities in expanding student population.
• Develop Holiday programmes that are innovative and effective, capturing new growth opportunities.
• Take on writing curriculum duties for 2-3 levels, on top of overseeing the curriculum team.
• Conduct level meetings on a termly basis to communicate curriculum goals with teachers, and to solicit feedback from teachers about enacted lesson outcomes.

Teaching Duties

• Deliver quality lessons of up to 5-7 classes per week.
• Display strong classroom delivery skills through thorough lesson planning in accordance with methodologies endorsed by the Company.
• Effectively utilise teaching materials to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment that will enhance students’ learning experience.
• Mark and grade students’ assignments with value-added feedback and ensure they are returned to students by the next lesson.
• Perform required classroom administration responsibilities efficiently (attendance taking, checking students’ files etc).
• Be proactive in arranging “catch-ups” for students who missed any lessons when there are no available “make-up” classes for them to join.
• Foster good relationships with students’ parents through regular written and/or verbal feedback to parents on the progress of the students as well as solutions/suggestions for parents on how they can partner with you to help the child at home.
• Work together with the customer service team to provide all stakeholders with a positive customer experience and strive to minimise the withdrawal rate of classes assigned.
• Take on projects and initiatives as directed by the Management team.

Requirements:

• Degree in English Language, English language Literature, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in curriculum planning, development, training and teaching English language and creative writing in an enrichment industry in Singapore.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in managing a curriculum team.
• Proficiency in designing various types of assessments, including formative, summative, performance-based, and portfolio assessments.
• Familiar with the primary English language subject with MOE syllabus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, familiar with other software like Illustrator or Photoshop is a plus.
