My client, a leading Insurance brokerage firm, is currently looking for a passionate and experienced Logistics Operations Executive to lead our operations for an exciting, cutting-edge niche in the Insurance market.

You’ll be working on the ground with the Operations Manager driving efficiency in day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily shipments and returns, ensuring everything is on track.
• Inspect and troubleshoot returned items to ensure they meet required standards.
• Manage the storage and movement of products with care and precision.
• Pick, pack, and quality-check orders to ensure that customers are kept satisfied.
• Coordinate with couriers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running smoothly.
• Use our systems to track inventory and stay on top of stock levels.
• Follow safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma with 3-5 years of warehouse/logistics experience, especially within the electronics or tele-communications (Telco) industry
• Experience with inventory and logistics software is a plus.

Job Scope:

• Responsible for receiving, storing, and dispatching finished products – Medications.

• Conducting Quality Check for the Medications package received.

• Ensure that customers' orders are picked and packed correctly.

• Responsible for housekeeping to ensure the warehouse is maintained clean, neat, safe, and orderly.

• May be assigned to work @ GMP Room or Cold Room

o GMP Room : Required to pack medications in small quantities, will be required to work in a clean room environment

o Cold Room : Where medications are stored in Temperature controlled environment – Jacket provided specially for this room.

Job Requirements:

• GCE ‘N’/’O’/’ITE’ or Diploma in any discipline
• A good team player and cooperate with superiors and co-workers.
• Take ownership of the work assigned.
• Proactive and open to innovation and changes.
• Basic knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) will be advantageous
