Job Scope:

• Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans to achieve Singapore Media Industry development goals and deliver its economic objectives
• Conceptualise and review collaborations or initiatives to develop SG media talents with local stakeholders or international partners
• Proactively monitor closely the progress of ongoing projects, problem solve where required and ensure that deliverables are met in a timely manner
• Review and report on data with analysis on projects and talents for knowledge-sharing and to guide policy decisions
• Gather research and intelligence on international competitive landscape, keep up with developments by regional screen agencies to inform shaping of strategies, and identify trends that are useful for Singapore and our media talent and companies.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of working experience in project management
• Good knowledge and passion in media content and the media & entertainment scene
• Result oriented, self-motivated and able to navigate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Well-versed in stakeholder (internal and external) management (experience in international relations is a bonus)
• Strong in project management and critical analysis
• Strong speaking, writing, presenting, and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in spoken and written non-English language and/or experience in international relations are an added advantage

Projects Coordinator

Salary: $3000 - $4000 (depends on exp)
Working Days & Time: 5 days Monday to Thursday, 8.00am to 5.30pm, Friday, 8.00am to 4.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head of Operations in all daily tasks and matters within the Operations Department.
• Coordinate with Operations Administration Department and Sales & Marketing Department in project executions including carrying out site surveys, preparing designs and documentions (method statements, safe work procedures, risk assessments, fall prevention plans and lifting plans) for submission, arrange manpower and logistics to deliver construction equipment to site, install, commission, maintain, inspect, shift, troubleshoot, dismantle and return construction equipment to workshop. · Implement systems and liaise closely with customers to monitor site progress and workshop. ·
• Conduct frequent site inspections to ensure work done in accordance with contractual scope of work, customer requirements and manufacturer specifications as well as take prompt corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit service reports with pictures, work done forms, weekly inspection checklists and maintenance checklists to customers and Head of Operations.
• Liaise with AEs and PEs to carry out designs, inspections and testings as well as submit drawings, calculations, COS and LM certificates to customers promptly.
• Conduct user trainings and safety briefings as well as organise safety campaigns. Perform incident investigation and root cause analysis as well as prepare incident reports with pictures.
• Manage the training, productivity and well-being of the teams assigned by the Head of Operations. ·
• Ensure our construction equipment and accessories on-site are fully accounted for at all times and implement necessary measures to prevent loss and damage. ·
• Perform asset and inventory reconciliation and generate monthly reports for Management. ·
• Use Enterprise Resource Planning system to complete daily tasks and assist in the implementation and improvements of the system.
• Ensure procedures, products and services rendered comply to Company policies, government regulations and ISO standards.
• Maintain historical records for annual accounting and ISO audits.
• Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required or as instructed.

Requirement:

• Must be able to read and understand architectural and structural drawings as well as possess own vehicle.
• Knowledge in electrical/electronic/mechanical concepts and AutoCAD will be an advantage
