• Coordinate with outside legal counsel in various subject matters and ensure the cost-effective engagement of them
• Coordinate with our group personnels, especially business development team members and legal and compliance team members
• Ensure our group personnels are aware of and comply with applicable laws and regulations and internal policies
• Draft, review, and maintain internal policies
• Provide support to our group companies for the implementation of compliance activities

The Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in M&A, investment, and/or EPC contracts
• Strong communication and coordination skill
• Post-qualified experience in a law firm will be an added advantage
• Must be able to work in fast-paced environment
