Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage full spectrum of HR functions, including Recruitment & Selection, Payroll, Benefits administrations, Performance Management, Training, HRIS and Employee Relations for Operations division.
• Assist in the development of policies, strategies and streamlining of internal procedures and processes that align with business objectives and development.
• Partnering with relevant stakeholders and department managers to provides professional support/guidance on all aspects of HR matters.
• Manage and work with HR team members to develop and maintain a holistic and strong HR system.
• Work closely with operations team on manpower requirements to ensure timely deployment of resources in support of outlet operations.
• Involve in reviewing, benchmarking, and enhancing compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive wage system with compliance to legal requirements.
• Proactively provide accurate and timely reporting on HR data to assist operations team decisions that related to manpower planning and budgeting.
• Responsible for group medical insurance and business insurance claims process, yearly review and renewal.
• Collaborate and provide support and guidance for counselling to managers and employees on employee relations issues.
• Responsible for government related funding and grants.
• Plan and implementation of HR related initiatives and projects.
• And other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in similar role, and must have experience in leading a small team.
• Candidate with exposure in Food & Beverage (F&B) industry will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and other HR practices is a must for the position.
• Good leadership skill with positive mindset, self-driven and can work under fast pace environment.
