HR & Admin manager
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English (fluency in Korean is an advantage)
- At least one year of experience in payroll and tax clearance
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies in Singapore
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, SAP ERP
(or possesses the proficiency and ability to learn internal HRIS / technical systems)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare paperwork, scheduling and facilitation of smooth onboarding and offboarding process
- Perform full payroll process and make necessary tax filings in a timely manner
- Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and any other relevant policies, schemes etc.
- Assist in swift updates of personnel database, and any other related information within the internal HR system
- Greet office visitors, and oversee telephone services, email correspondence, mail distribution
- Maintain office supplies inventory and office efficiency by arranging repairs
- Ensure timely payment and manage budget for any office related expenses
- Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner
- Provide professional level of guidance and HR advisory service to employees in relation to absenceand welfare benefit, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters
- Assist in ensuring legal compliance of regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
