Responsibilities:

Learning & Development

• Update and maintain the Competency Framework, in alignment with SkillsFuture requirements
• Update and maintain employee learning and development records
• Update and maintain elearning system to monitor participation in learning programmes
• Assist to manage elearning framework and catalogue, including administration of user accounts and assignment of microlearning to respective learner groups
• Assist to document learning needs to support the identification of learning programmes
• Assist to source and prepare content for elearning modules

Office Administration

• Update and maintain HR related documents and forms
• Office administration, e.g. Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory levels
• Meetings coordination and minutes taking
• Any other duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma holder
• Preferably with at least 1-2 years of office administration and/or HR experience in learning & development
• Strong organisational, administrative and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
