As a Dynamic HR Innovator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and sustaining our unique company culture. The title of "Personal Assistant" reflects the multifaceted nature of this role, requiring a candidate with exceptional adaptability, out-of-the-box thinking, and excellent communication skills.
What's your role?
- Change Management: Proactively drive and manage change initiatives. Foster a workplace culture that embraces and thrives on change.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Act as a bridge between different departments, fostering communication and collaboration. Work closely with teams to understand their unique needs and implement HR solutions accordingly.
- Talent Acquisition: Source, recruit, and onboard top talent that aligns with our company values. Implement creative and effective recruitment strategies.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and overall well-being.
What's the skill required?
- Good command in (both spoken & written) in 中文, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with people.
- Strong adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Who's there to support you?
You will be involved into various internal sharing session about latest feedbacks on recent hire. Also, you're expected to play an active role in brainstorming session and decision making meetings.
