Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, compile, and analyze HR metrics and reports, including turnover rates, headcount, and employee engagement statistics.
• Oversee the employee offboarding process, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
• Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in accordance with regulatory standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

The Human Resource Executive will be supporting Management. We are looking for someone who is bright, positive, open, flexible, and has good communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
• Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Employee Relations:
