Job Duties:

Our client is a Japanese manufacturing company and is in search of an Engineer/Senior Engineer to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

• Responsible for installing, maintaining and upgrading RFID systems
• Provide technical assistance and support to customers both onsite and remotely
• Conduct product QA/QC testing
• Support sales department in product demonstrations and ensure test systems are in good working order
• Work closely with various internal teams on system projects and provide inputs on operating systems and networking issues
• Support and manage system related projects
• Provide suitable suggestions to improve current and new products
• Resolve technical issues and report to R&D team
• Liaise with vendors on repair matters when necessary

The Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience with Microsoft SQL server databases
• Possesses some knowledge of network, infrastructure, and firewall
• Experience with data migration is advantageous

Responsibilities:

• To provide administrative support to the Operations team to ensure that the department is maintained in an effective, updated and accurate manner
• To carry out sourcing and purchasing duties
• To prepare invoices, data key-in and submission of regularly scheduled reports
• To coordinate paperwork relating to meter reading, carpark system, M&E services and other operational processes
• To assist in the documentation for handling of renovation works and reinstatement cases
• To assist in asset counting, tagging and write off
