Job Summary:

The Head of Cybersecurity oversees the company's cybersecurity strategy and operations. This role involves managing a team of cybersecurity professionals, developing and implementing security policies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Team Management:

• Foster a culture of cybersecurity awareness and best practices across the organization.

2. Strategic Planning:

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

· Minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

· Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, or CISA.

· Proven experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies and policies.

· Strong understanding of current cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation techniques.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., finance, telecommunication).

· Knowledge of cloud security and experience with cloud service providers (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure).
