Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.
· Create and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.
· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and the customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
· Prepare and present tailored proposals to potential clients in the maritime industry.
· Negotiate terms with clients and manage the preparation and execution of contracts.
· Track and report on sales activities, forecast revenue, and provide regular updates to management.
· Work closely with internal teams (operations, logistics, marketing) to ensure smooth service delivery.
· Meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and contribute to the company’s overall growth.
Requirements:
· Min Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
· Proven experience in sales, preferably in the maritime, shipping, or logistics sectors, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
· Excellent negotiation and communication skills to build relationships, close deals, and manage contracts effectively.
· Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
