Your new role
- Assist in the recruitment process such as shortlisting, screen calling, scheduling interviews
- Support in all core HR processes
- Maintained full set of employee’s details and documents as well as ensure it is up to date
- Support new hire onboarding & exit clearance
- Support payroll processing and other HR processes (Background checks etc)
- Support and process all HR-related letters, documentation, vendor creation and other ad-hoc administrative support such as insurance
- Answering HR queries from employees
What you'll need to succeed
- Diploma in administration/HR or in any related field
- At least 2 years of experience in Human Resource/HR or any related field
- Must have good planning and time management/prioritization skills
- Good interpersonal skills
