Job Requirements

• Familiar with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator / InDesign
• 1-2 years working experience in Printing industry preferred
• Knowledge in pre-press preparation and digital printing is an advantage
• knowledge of color separation will be an added advantage

Position: Warehouse Coordinator

• 5.5 Days ; Mon-Fri (8am-5.30pm); Saturday (8.30am-12.45pm)
• Salary: $2300 - $3000
• Redhill Industrial Estate

Requirements:

• Experienced in Prepare Inventory Report, Closing Report
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel
• Preferred experience from Oil & gas, Marine, Manufacturing Industry

Job Scope:

• Responsible for the day to day store operations.
• Maintain an effective control system to ensure smooth flow of tools/materials.
• Maintain proper records of all items received and issues.
• Timely compilation of necessary reports.
• Provide proper labeling for new items.
• Close inventory and prepare closing and transaction reports at the end of the month.
• Handle the returned tools/materials from shipping division to stock-room.
• Ensure proper layout and easy access of stocks in the store.
• Perform stock counts and updates stock card periodically.
• Ensure high standard of security in the store and receiving section.
• Raise discrepancy report when necessary.
• Follow up on shortage report.
• Replenish stock when necessary.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and overall maintenance of the store and equipment.
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by the immediate superior or the management.
