- Salary: Basic up to $3000 + Performance Bonus
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm) ; Saturday (8.30am - 1.30pm (WFH)

Job Scope:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Oversee and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company culture
Employee Relations:
- Act as a primary contact for employee inquiries and concerns, offering guidance and resolving HR-related issues
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention
Performance Management:
- Assist in managing the performance appraisal process, including setting objectives and conducting evaluations
- Offer feedback and coaching to employees and managers to address and resolve performance issues
Training and Development:
- Identify training requirements and help organize relevant training programs and workshops
- Support career development initiatives and succession planning efforts
Compliance and Record-Keeping:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personal details, employment history, and training documentation
HR Administration:
- Prepare and manage HR documentation, such as employment contracts, policy updates, and employee handbooks
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration tasks
Data and Reporting:
- Generate and analyze HR reports and metrics to support decision-making and improve HR practices
- Maintain HR databases and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data
