We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Resource Development Specialist.

Responsbilities:

• The position seeks to provide cross functional coordination support and technical oversight in funding proposal development, funding compliance and report generation in line with donor/corporate/partner/volunteer group requirements for the planning, funding, implementation, evaluation and reporting of the respective programmes they support.

• Prepare quarterly, annual and end-of-project narrative reports, newsletters, situational reports and other reports as necessary.
• Conduct monitoring and evaluation, research and documentation.
• Liaise with the operations and finance departments to ensure the compiling/collating of stakeholder management reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Development, Nonprofit Management, Business Administration) required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising, proposal development, and grant management within the nonprofit sector or related field.

In this role, you will be a strategic HR advisor who builds strong partnerships with the senior leaders and the NTU HR community to develop and execute the People Strategies and solutions for the College/Schools. You will play the role of a Cluster Lead to a team of HR Business Partners and HR Generalists and is expected to lead and coach the team in the delivery of HR services and initiatives. The role has a primary reporting line into the Office of Human Resources and matrix reporting line into one of the Colleges.

 Responsibilities:

• Engage and strengthen the capability and effectiveness of the team comprising HR Business Partners and HR Generalists.
• Build relationship as a trusted HR advisor with senior stakeholders and managers in the assigned Colleges/Schools/Centres, including display of strong professional credibility;
