What you will be doing?
To provide Human Resource and administration support to the Human Resource Department and provide quality customer service to both internal and external clients.

Job Responsibilities

Recruitment & Selection

• Assist in recruitment: job postings, pre-screening, phone interviews, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, document verification, interview prep, reference checks, pre-employment medicals, rejection emails.
• Prepare new hire onboarding packs, book induction rooms, send evaluations.
• Arrange, coordinate, and send invites for new hire induction.
• Assist in recruitment strategies like career fairs.
• Update daily hiring and vacancy tracking reports.
• Track and update new hire evaluations monthly.
• Manage voluntary and involuntary terminations, updating monthly reports.

Training & Development

• Manage and update training records.
• Coordinate in-house training: room bookings, attendance sheets.
• Handle training administration: documentation, communication, course applications, liaising with providers, training grants, evaluations.
• Collect data, prepare training evaluation reports for management.
• Support assigned projects: email follow-ups, venue setup, program coordination.
• Track and update the training budget.
• Conduct training as needed.

HR Administration

• Assist in employee engagement and wellbeing programs.
• Update and submit reports as needed.
• Prepare PowerPoint slides for reporting.
• Take minutes when necessary.
• Assist in performance management reviews.
• Track contract renewals and performance appraisals.
• Support corporate governance, audits, compliance, and documentation.
• Generate and track attendance sheets for meetings.
• Support employee welfare: baby hampers, wreaths, etc.
• Handle HR department purchases/requisitions.
• Provide administrative support to the HR Manager/Directors.
• Participate in meetings, committees, and projects as needed.
• Perform other assigned duties.
• Report to and provide feedback to the HR Manager.
• Actively participate in fundraising and other Boys’ Town commitments.
• Collaborate with staff, departments, and components of Boys’ Town.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Executive Director or representative.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Preferably 1 year of relevant working experience*
• Good understanding of the Employment Act.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in record keeping (filing/documentation).
• Strong follow-up skills characterized by timeliness, persistence, organization, clear communication, attention to detail, proactiveness, and accountability.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Initiative and ability to work well in a team.
• Customer service oriented.
• Ability to work quickly and handle pressure effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge in HRMS is a plus.

Job Scopes: (Before , During & After Project)

• Assist the Engineering Manager with all technical tasks to ensure smooth running of daily engineering operations.
• Review the operations of the Engineering Department to ensure the quality of broadcast operations meet industry standards.
• Remain up-to-date with outdoor broadcast technology and equipment.
• Guide the Assistant / Trainee Engineers to read technical (Auto CAD) engineering drawings and plan for their training where needed.
• Ensure procedure for video equipment testing and preparation is in place.
• Ensure adequate processes are in place for communication / escalation of technical related problems that arise during a project.
• Keep Engineering environment (Warehouse, Engineering Room and desks) clean, functional, safe and presentable.
• Ensure compliance of engineering procedures with Health & Safety guidelines.
• Work with Head of Engineering to improve and test system designs.
• Supervise and schedule maintenance of specific categories of broadcast equipment to ensure the equipment are fully functional and well maintained (internally and externally clean/dust-free).
• Monitor physical and technical quality and appearance of broadcast equipment. Prepare the maintenance & improvement report.
• Plan and maintain a list of specific categories of broadcast equipment which require scheduled maintenance.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma and aptitude relevant to Broadcast Engineering (specializing in Broadcast Engineering / Audio Engineering / IT or any other related area).
• Safety Knowledge: Good knowledge of the principles of safety at work as applied in the TV industry.
• Understanding of OB Systems: Understanding of Outside Broadcast systems and environment.
• Knowledge and experience of operating and troubleshooting a range of OB equipment in sound, communication, IP, etc.
• Minimum 3-8 years of work experience in Outside Broadcast Environment.
• Event Experience: Experience with large scale events is necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Organize, monitor and ensure manufacturing processes operated with minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital.
• Initiates, implements, and manages the processes improvement program based on best practices in the metal drum making industry, with an emphasis on productivity and product quality.
• Ensure all manufacturing processes are adhering to all Regulatory and Statutory Requirement.
