Job scope

1. Advice clients on HR matters.
2. Attend client meetings (Occasionally)
3. Assist on monthly outsource payroll, training will be provided.
4. Work Pass application for clients.
5. Assist in management company social media.
6. keep track of company inventory (water, link, computer)
7. Assist hr in coordinating events and trainings.
8. Coordinate with external vendors for events supplies (e.g. awards, company t-shirt and etc)
9. Assist in generating invoices.
10. Any ad-hoc duty assign.

Requirements
