Position: F&B Supervisor

Pay Range: $3000-3300

Working Hour : 5656 work week,by shift 9:30am-8:30pm ,11:30-10:30pm

Location : East Coast

Job Responsibilities:

● Preparation for opening and closing of shop

● Weekly/ monthly inventory reporting

● Implement, enforce and maintain brand and outlet SOPs to enhance productivity and service quality

across all outlets

● Ensure compliance to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards

● Daily sales reporting to F&B Operation Manager

● Run basic SOP training for untrained part-timers

● Handle staff grievances and staff monthly roster

● Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally

Job Requirements:

● Min 2 years of relevant experience in supervisory role in F&B environment

Salary: Up to $3500

Duties

• Undertakes specific stages of audit work under supervision.
• Appreciate the underlying principles behind the tasks assigned as part of the audit plan.
• Able to make adjustments to the application of skills to improve the work tasks or solve non-complex issues.
• Able to build relationships, work in a team and identify ethical issues with reference to the code of professional conduct and ethics.
• Select and apply from a range of known solutions to familiar problems and takes responsibility for own learning and performance.
• Work with any of the assurance teams to obtain an understanding of our client’s business.
• Develop an audit plan/strategy for an audit of financial statements and document the planning procedures.
• Prepare/tailor audit programmes based on areas of audit emphasis determined at the planning stage.
• Perform audit tests of controls and substantive procedures based on planned audit approach to address the various assertions, eg: existence & completeness, rights and obligations, valuation, accuracy, presentation and disclosure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 1-2 year of working experience as audit associate.

Position: PHV Car Leasing Sales

Working Days & Hours: 5.5 Days | 830am - 530pm | Rotating Shifts (Weekend & PH): 10am to 2pm

Salary: Basic 1,500 + Allowance+ Commission (up to 5,000)

• Min N/O/A Level / Diploma holders and above

Responsibilities

• To identify new sales opportunities through researching of industry trends, identifying emerging markets, and profiling potential clients based on their needs and preferences (PHV Industry).
• To generate leads through own creativity, direct outdoor channels and ensuring a smooth follow-up including setting up appointments.
• Managing the entire sales process which involves coordinating with various internal departments and post-sales service.
• Build long-term trusting relationships with customers to ensure customer’s retention.
• Set clear daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to measure your performance.
• Being proactive in conducting monthly market research of the private hire/PHV industry competitive landscape.
