Job Scope
●Troubleshot complex multi-vendor network service provider issues.
Assisted with implementation and support of network monitoring
tools.
●Provided network support services for devices such as hubs, bridges,
routers, and other hardware.
●Managed, tracked, and coordinated problem resolution and
escalation processes.
●Develop technical solutions and system design.
●Generate solution design, project document and Bill of Material for
customer requirement.
●Conduct in-house evaluation and Proof of Concept trial with
stakeholders
Assist the project engineers during Technical Project
implementation and conduct of training.
●Handle system administration, network support, implementation,
troubleshooting in Windows / Linux.
●Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose network
problems.
●Created VPN infrastructure and allowed for secure remote
connections.
●Installed, supported and maintained company hardware and
software infrastructure according to best practices.
●Upgrade network hardware and software components as required,
while ensuring adherence to Cybersecurity Act, Cybersecurity Code
of Practice (CCOP).
●Document functional requirements/specifications documents for all
the necessary systems pertaining the network designed or
implemented and the necessary routing.
●Conducted product testing and demonstrations to customers and
end-users.
●Analyzed, troubleshot and enhanced network performance to drive

alignment with solution design.
Requirements
-Bachelor Degree or Diploma in computer science or related technical discipline
-At least 1-3 years’ experience in network design and planning
-Very comfortable Familiar with Microsoft Windows and in LINUX operating
environment (Ubuntu, Red Hat, etc)
-Min 1 years experience in complex project implementations;
-Strong understanding of cyber security, cryptography, security protocol, network
security, TCP/IP networking.
-Strong understanding of Risk Management, Disaster Recovery, Business
Continuity and IT Regulatory Compliance
-Experience in architecting or deploying Virtualization solutions for enterprises
would be advantageous
-Understanding the on-premise/hybrid and cloud networking model
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Hands on experience in installing hardware such as servers, network switch,
cables, hubs, routers, and setting up required software environment/applications
-Solid CCTV and Audio/Video knowledge and experience
-Experience with IP communication technology such as IP PBX, video conference
and network management system
-Possess certifications like CCNP Routing & Switching, CCNP Wireless, CISSP or
-equivalent on Networking and Security technologies would be an added advantage.
