The position holder will play a crucial role in driving student enrolment growth by handling marketing leads and prospects’ enquiries, implementing planned sales and marketing strategies, and assisting the management in building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders for expanding NAA’s presence in the local market and overseas. This position requires a dynamic and result-driven individual with a deep understanding of the education industry of Singapore, and a proven track record in student recruitment. This role provides professional consultation to assist prospective local and international students in making informed choices as well as supports and participates in NAA marketing campaigns, student recruitment and corporate outreach activities. He/she takes full responsibility for the assigned course enrolments.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Drive Sales
- Responsible for driving and achieving target student enrolment numbers for the assigned programmes.
- Implementation of sales strategies and planned marketing activities to achieve company objectives for assigned programmes.
- Handle prospects’ enquiries and queries via phone, email, WhatsApp or face-to-face, in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students according to Student Recruitment SOP.
- Ensure that all applications received are accurately tracked and applicants informed of the outcome of application in a timely manner.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to support the student recruitment activities of Ngee Ann Academy.
2. Student Outreach and Marketing Support
- Communicate and work closely with Marketing to generate programme-specific marketing collaterals and sales kits.
- Assist in the timely execution of all planned marketing campaigns and track all marketing communication activities for effectiveness.
- Plan and conduct regular information sessions for the programmes.
3. CRM Leads Follow-up and Provide Programme Consultation
- Follow up with all enquiries and update the progress in CRM in a timely manner following Student Recruitment SOP.
- Provide advice to prospects on admission requirements and programme benefits.
- Assist newly applied students with the admission and enrolment process and advise on prospective career options if applicable.
- Keep the leads’ status updated on a daily basis in CRM.
4. Student Relationship Management
- Provide professional programme consultation/counselling to prospective students and maintain a good service relationship with them to boost leads for achieving student recruitment targets.
- Assist prospects to ensure a good student application experience.
5. EduTrust Audit
- Conduct daily sales activities in strict accordance with the approved Student Recruitment SOP.
- Assist with the regular NAA internal assessment to optimise various documentation for the biennial EduTrust audit.
- Support the biennial EduTrust audit
6. General Ad-hoc Duties
- Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO and Department Head/Manager.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline, substantial experience and skills in lieu of diploma/degree may be considered
- Prior work experience in the administrative function in the Education industry would be advantageous
- Effective or professional communication skills, both written or verbal
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to work on weekends when necessary.
