* Manage the logistics of the school's bus fleet, ensuring proper scheduling, maintenance, and safety protocols are followed.

* Handle sensitive information in a confidential and professional manner.

* Support the implementation and upkeep of administrative systems and procedures.

* Assist in managing finances and budgeting, including preparing invoices, tracking expenses,doing basic bookkeeping, and creating financial reports.

Requirement:

* Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an executive assistant or in a related role.
