Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager, overseas to join our team. As an HR Manager, overseas you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of human resources for our global operations including Taiwan, Singapore, India, Vietnam, US, Turkiye, Brazil, etc. You will be responsible for deploying Group's HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with our overall business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and strengthen engagement between Group HR and overseas HR teams
- Deploy Group's HR strategies, policies, and programs to support our overseas operations and ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with overseas HR teams to define and implement HR initiatives that align with business strategies and objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding, across multiple countries.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all international HR laws and regulations, including immigration, employment contracts, work permits, and visa requirements.
- Manage HR reporting and analytics, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement and ensure HR metrics are aligned with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with trends and developments in international HR practices, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and systems.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of international HR practices, including employment laws, labor regulations, and immigration requirements across multiple countries and regions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees in different locations.
- Proven experience in managing HR operations in a global environment, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals and drive organizational change and transformation.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to mentor and develop HR teams and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information.
Qualifications Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of solid international HR management experience covering multiple countries,especially Singapore, Vietnam and India.
- Experience in manufacturing industry and multinational companies are essential.
- Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is a must
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR information systems.
