Responsibilities职责:
• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process as well as onboarding/offboarding arrangements, etc.

• Responsible for Expat Management (work pass application, income tax declaration, housing related support, salary/medical/educational related submission required by HQ, etc.)
负责外籍人士管理(工作准证申请、所得税申报、住房相关支持、总部要求的薪资/医疗/教育相关提交等)
• Liaise with external government agencies such as MOM, IRAS, CPF, etc. and manage internal employee communication
与 MOM、IRAS、CPF 等外部政府机构联络并管理内部员工沟通
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD

Job Requirements岗位要求:
1. Min Diploma in Human Resources or a related field:
拥有人力资源相关领域的证书。
2. At least 5 years of HR experience locally, familiar employment act
local manpower legislations.
至少拥有5年在本地的人力相关经验,熟悉劳动法律法规。
3.Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to working dependently.
性格好,容易沟通,可以独立工作。
4.Proficiency in English and Mandarin speaking .
中英文说写流利。
5.Proficient in MS Software熟练运用办公软件。
6. High sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational and coordination abilities.
