Core Responsibilities:

• Handle A to Z HR Functions
• Handling recruitment and learning needs for respective departments and to align with business strategy and objectives.
• Partner with respective Business Units to achieve business strategy
• Work with respective Business Units to attract, retain, develop, reward, care and engage our staff
• Provide day to day support to meet the operational needs of Business Units
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of monthly payroll processing, CPF submissions, IR21, IR8A
• Prepare monthly payroll report
• Involving in performance appraisal and annual increment exercise
• Handling staff disciplinary issues and grievances
• Leave and benefit claims administration
• Work pass application
• Support the HR department in reviewing, developing and implementation of HR policies, plans and processes
• Participate in projects and events on adhoc basis

Mondays to Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm

1. Administrative Duties:Managing office operations such as maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
   Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and calls.
   Organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
   Maintaining office records and databases, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
   Handling basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and payroll administration.
   
2. Human Resources Functions:Recruiting and onboarding new employees, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
   Managing employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and employee assistance programs.
   Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
   Handling employee relations issues such as conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
   Organizing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
   Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees and managers.
   

Responsibilities:

• Oversee, assist, strategize, and coordinate day-to-day inventory and all inventory control procedures in the warehouse for seamless operations.
• Ensure that daily warehouse tasks are executed promptly, efficiently, and accurately.
• Ensure precise and appropriate placement of all goods.
• Aid in order fulfillment, picking, packing, and ensure prompt delivery of merchandise with minimal errors in order fulfillment.
• Lead and provide direction to the warehouse team.
• Collaborate closely with retail operations and cross-functional teams to address and resolve daily operational challenges.
• Establish and uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistic or Supply Chain equivalents.
• Possess managerial experience in Retail Logistic/ Supply Chain.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/WMS experience.
