The Senior HR Executive will support the HR department in executing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business goals. This role will focus on providing HR support to the business units, managing employee relations, assisting in recruitment, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Support HR operations including maintaining employee files, managing HR databases, and processing HR-related paperwork.
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits, compensation, and performance management systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labour laws.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience.
• Assist in the performance appraisal process, including tracking and documenting employee performance.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in a generalist HR role
• Experience of working within a commodities trading firm, preferably in Oil & Gas
• Knowledge of Singapore labour laws and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with HR software and systems is a plus.
