Requirements

• Provide 1st level HRIS support to business with regards to system queries and issues, new requirements or changes, interfaces to/from SAP.
• Understand the queries and issues and collaborate with IT on the solutions.

• Configure work schedules in SAP.
• Manage system administration activities such as monitoring of SAP HR-related jobs, validation of employee data.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of SAP HCM process and local statutory reporting and audit requirements
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years SAP project Implementation and rollout experience – primarily SAP Time and Payroll
• Knowledge of SAP Time and Payroll schema
• Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
• Knowledge of solution techniques and methods
• Independent, resourceful and able to perform under pressure with minimal supervision
