Sales Admin Coordinator (Luxury Retail Shop)

Working Days & Hours: 5 days per week, retail hours 10am to 9pm (depends on which boutique they are allocated)
Break time: Lunch 45 mins and Dinner 45mins
Salary Range: $1800 + $200 Allowance + Fixed OT (around $100-$200) & adhoc OT (OT pay after 44 hrs)
Location: Orchard / Somerset / Raffles City - will fixed at 1 location

Responsibilities:

• Administrative duties pertaining to Sales and Purchase transactions including but not limited to data entry, order processing and control.
• Responsible for stock, inventory and reconciliation of inventory with HQ’s records.
• Cash administrator, taking care of cash/cards transactions, petty cash.
• Ensure smooth running of administrative requirements in designated boutique.
• Act as the contact point between boutiques and all other departments.
• Ensure all directives/memo or any communications instructed are communicated to all staff in boutique.
• Maintain filings, ensuring all paper work is clear, proper and regularly checked.
• Any other addition duties that may be assigned by HQ as and when needed.

Requirements:

• Able to work retail hours
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays (off days on rotation basis)

• Diploma in Interior Design
• Minimum 1 years of experience as a Sales Interior Designer
• Entry level are welcomed
• Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and 3D visualisation software
• Familiar with software – Autocad / 3D Max / Sketch Up / Microsoft Office

Job scope:

• Provide expert interior design consultations and presentations to prospective clients
• Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and translate them into innovative and functional interior solutions
• Develop detailed design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualisations to bring clients' visions to life
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial client meetings to final installations
• Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely and successful project delivery
