Customer Service Executive (SAP / Up to $2800)

Main Duties:
To ensure smooth transactions and coordination of order processing between Sales, production, and logistics.
Responsibilities and Activities Summary:
Responsible for the Full Spectrum of order processing
(E.g.: Sales Order, Refills Order, Consignment Orders, Sample request and Transfer Orders, etc.)
Work closely with Sales Managers to ensure all orders are processed promptly and accurately into the system on the same working day.
Assist Sales Managers in updating the prices, sales conditions, information, contracts, etc. in the Sales Force System whenever necessary.
Monitor orders and communicate order status to customers.

Coordinate with the logistics team closely to ensure on-time delivery and provide a complete set of required documents to the customer promptly.
Review shipping documents and ensure documents are in full.
Follow up with customers on overdue invoices and payments.
Handles customer requests on technical documents, shipping documents, etc.
Work with commercial and technical teams to handle customer coordinating returns, credit, replacement, etc. tender information
Provide administrative support and any other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
