The Assistant Production & Logistics Manager assists the Production & Logistic Manager in the management of the Production department and Plant operation.

Responsibilities

• To support Production Manager in leading Production & Logistics department to ensure safe and stable operation in Daily, GCM (grade change maintenance) and SDM (Shut down maintenance) operation and planning.
• To follow up with Technical and Maintenance department on critical mechanical or E&I issues that impact plant safety, quality, and reliability.
• To lead in managing the Local and Global CARs (Corrective Action Request) relating to Safety, Quality, Reliability and Stable operation matters under Production and Logistics department and manage to ensure CARs are well followed.
• To lead and support capex related matters from Production team. Capex matters include planning, proposal, study, Hazop, commissioning and evaluation in each of the Capex planning phases.
• To support and lead in new production grade trial operation with the trial planning, manpower arrangement, coordination with other various department and in house contractors to ensure smooth operation during the trial.
• To assist or lead Global MOC relating to raw material planning, new specification changes, and packaging design changes.
• To participate and support Production & Logistics Manager in providing information and evidence during HSEQ, Stable Operation, LQA, and Budget preparation, including to make investigation summary or report.
• To undertake special assignments or projects as directed by the Production & Logistics Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering.

Job Description

• Support APAC Fixed Income and Currencies (“FIC”) front office engagement in all KYC and Client Perimeter matters to ensure compliance with stipulated regular review deadlines.
• Involved in the management of APAC FIC’s Client Perimeter, as well as the coordination of FIC’s involvement in regional projects.
• Partake in global initiatives as part of the broader Global FIC ACO Team.

Your key responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Support FIC Front Office on matters pertaining to KYC across new client onboarding, product extension / reactivation and regular review
• Work closely with FIC sales / traders and KYC Ops to facilitate reviews of FIC’s client regular review population and resolving issues and bottlenecks
• Facilitate the review of FIC’s Client Perimeter, periodically reviewing client accounts that do not meet activity thresholds and support the bank’s ongoing effort to keep our client perimeter lean
• Adapt to the needs of the business as and when it arises e.g. BAU issues, urgent client onboarding
• Act as a business conduit between Front Office and our infrastructure partners (e.g. KYC ops, AFC, Compliance) to get tasks completed and resolve issues

Your skills and experience:

• Good understanding of KYC requirements, specifically HK & SG Anti-Money Laundering / Anti-Financial Crime policies will be preferred
• 2 - 3 years of experience on Client onboarding, Middle Ops, Compliance, AFC or KYC risk-based role at a major global financial institution

HSE Officer

Working Day : 5-days (Mon-Fri), 8 am to 4.30 pm

The HSE Officer reports to the HSEQ Manager and is responsible for all HSE related matters in the Company.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop the HSE Management System, including periodic reviews with other departments.
• Lead in the preparation and submission of the Safety Case to the Major Hazards
• Department (appointment: Safety Case Lead).
• Assist in the assessment of HSE risks and impacts.
• Collaborate with Line management to resolve HSE issues.
• Participate as a team member / team leader in risk / HSE assessment team, risk management, management of change, etc.
• Monitor and analyze work conditions and HSE performances for continual improvement and compliances with the relevant legal requirements.
• Liaise with the external agencies on HSE-related regulatory matters.
• Complying with all the responsibilities of a WSH Officer as specified by the Ministry of Manpower in the Workplace Health and Safety Act.
• Coordinate PS Reviews (or product risk assessments) and submit the result to Singapore Chemical Industrial Council (SCIC)
• Investigates workplace incidents and recommends measures to prevent recurrence.
• Assesses relevant HSE legislative changes and initiate necessary changes for compliance.
• Schedule and co-ordinate the Company’s HSEQ Committee meetings, Plant
