· Assist in day-to-day HR operations of the department
· Familiar with current Singapore employment laws and regulations
· Recruitment and hiring, process of work pass application, renewal, and cancellation
· Maintain employees’ database and administrate employees’ benefits including annual leave, medical, etc
· Assist in daily administrative works
· Assist with filling, scanning and photocopying of documents
· Other Ad-hoc duties
