The incumbent will receive comprehensive 12-month exposure and hands-on experience in all HR functions at both local and regional levels, as well as task-based project assignments, with the goal of preparing the incumbent for future leadership as the head of HR & Admin (HRA) at the Indonesia Office. Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain employee records such as the personal files, etc. and ensures that such records are kept up-to-date. Prepare documents for new employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Champion and drive the continuous improvement exercise of reviewing, streamlining and digitalising HR processes, for a more efficient and effective delivery of HR Administration services.

Main function: Service & Installation

· Plan, co-ordinate and schedule classroom availability for renovation works.
