The Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to translate business objectives into data-driven solutions, conducting initial data exploration and insight generation.
- Utilize statistical and mathematical modeling to create models that solve complex business challenges, with a focus on accuracy and generalization.
- Deploy and integrate models as code into applications and processes, ensuring they retain their business value throughout their lifecycle.
- Develop and apply standards to protect organizational data, ensuring it is secure, private, accurate, and readily available.
- Navigate and understand business processes, identifying pain points and designing data-centric solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to assess AI maturity, identify new AI opportunities, and position the organization as a trusted partner for AI and data transformation.
- Lead AI and Generative AI educational workshops and ideation sessions to help clients advance in their AI journey.
- Evaluate and recommend suitable AI frameworks, tools, and platforms, conducting feasibility studies and proof-of-concept projects.
- Design and deploy end-to-end AI proof-of-concept projects using Python, Flask, FastAPI, and Streamlit.
- Lead AI solution integration into customer infrastructure, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance and package AI offerings.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in AI and data consulting, with a strong background in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Proficiency in cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deploying AI products.
- Hands-on experience with Python, Flask, FastAPI, and Streamlit for developing end-to-end AI solutions.
- Solid understanding of AI frameworks and tools, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and familiarity with Generative AI libraries and toolsets (e.g., HuggingFace, LangChain, RAGAS).
- Strong background in AI and generative techniques such as GANs, VAEs, and others.
- Expertise in conducting AI feasibility studies and proof-of-concept (PoC) projects.
- Ability to lead AI and Generative AI workshops, understanding customer needs, and assessing their AI readiness.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and analytical skills, with strong business acumen.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel for data visualization and presentation.
- Strong leadership skills, with a proactive and self-driven attitude.
- Advanced communication and storytelling skills to convey complex concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
- Adaptability and flexibility in response to shifting project priorities and client needs.
