• Conduct daily check to ensure proper working condition of equipment.
• Ensure inventory of stock supplies are sufficient.
• Recommend improvements to Manager or Management where appropriate.

• Resolve all potential service failure issues.
• Perform duties in the best interest of the Company, ensuring that the SOP & SOC are applied on daily basis
• Supervise and participate in activities of the service personnel under his direct supervision.
• Supervise food and beverage service by directing and guiding subordinates.
• Ensure that all requisitions for the week are duly delivered and stored appropriately.
• Attend meetings and briefings especially in the absence of Manager.
• Participate in stock taking of store, linen and operating equipment as directed by superior.
• Coordinate regular monthly maintenance and recording.
• Execute any duty that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Food & Beverage industry.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; able to build lasting relationships with guests.
• Basic competency in IT.
• Possess good initiative and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily operations of the buildings and effectively carry out the functions as well as duties
• Handle and coordinate all the maintenance and administrative staff assigned to the buildings
• Conduct routine inspection on the maintenance or improvement works for the buildings
• Provide advisory on facilities management matters
• Carry out all maintenance functions to the highest standard expected for the client and the subsidiary proprietors
• Provide and handle the maintenance, finance, security, fire safety and car park management for the operations of the buildings
• Ensure all contract works/ routine servicing are carried out accordingly a specified in their contract agreement
• Review all contracts, agreements and insurance before their expiry and recommend renewal or call for quotation / tender
• Co-ordinate and attend all council meetings as well as general meetings
• Prepare reports and presentation slides for the meetings
• Deal sensitively and fairly with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
• Build good working relationship and rapport with relevant agencies, contractors and owners
• Report to Portfolio Manager on issues relating to the ground

Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer (ELV/ Security System)

• Co-ordinate and work closely with the external parties and customers to plan, organize and execute the project related activities.
• Assist the manager in engineering works such as system designing, documentation, testing & commissioning (T&C) for ELV and security systems.
• Plan and develop the project schedules in compliance with customer requirements, deadlines, and/or milestones; develop efficient mechanisms to track the project progression in the field and update the schedules regularly to ensure that the activities are progressed within the schedules timelines.
• Responsible for all work site activities such as coordination and supervision works related to engineering works and systems design.

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in relevant fields.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge in Security System and ELV Systems e.g. PA system, Fire Alarm System, CCTV system, Card Access, Structure Cabling & etc.
• Familiar with BIM (Navisworks) and/or AutoCAD.
• Able to manage project cycle independently with minimum supervision.
• Knowledge in underground cabling work will be an added advantage.

Job Description:

1. Attend to all incoming phone calls, enquiries and deliveries promptly.

4. Provide simple first aid to injured/unwell students and maintain the sick bay including first aid supplies.

5. Man the General Office reception counter and ensure it is clean and tidy.

6. Manage simple office administrative tasks such as receiving and directing of incoming mails/packages, making trips to Post Office, managing and distributing notifications and letters to teachers’ trays, filing, collating and printing of documents.

7. Call & engage with parents for administrative matters e.g. GIRO forms, financial aid supporting documents.

8. Perform adminstrative tasks using basic Microsoft Office e.g. data entry, preparing Word documents & Excel spreadsheets.

9. Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the school e.g. P1 registration exercise, emergency exercise etc.

Job Requirement:

1. Minimum 2 year’s experience in front desk reception duties.

2. Relevant reception experience in a school setting would be highly advantageous.

3. Experience with administrative work using basic MS Office (Word, Excel).

4. GCE “O” level certificate with at least 2 “O” level passes.
