The Shipping Documentation Admin is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of shipping documentation within the department. This role involves ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations, preparing and maintaining shipping documents and bills, coordinating and facilitating the smooth flow of information between various departments.

Job Description:

• Assist in administration and documentation required for STS (Ship to Ship) operations including but not limited to certificates, permits and reports.
• Facilitate coordination of documents / billings / communications between departments in office and with vessels
• Maintain and upkeep of STS records including transfer logs and regulatory filling.

Sales executive (Waste Management)

• 5.5 days Mon - Fri 8am – 5pm, Sat 8am - 12pm
• Jurong East
• Basic $3,500 – $4,000 + Petrol card + Yearly Commission + variable bonus

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in waste management sales or related field.
• Posses with own transport.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the waste management industry and its products and services.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Job duties:

• Generate new business and manage existing customer relationships in the waste management industry
• Achieve sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction through the development of strategic plans and effective communication with clients.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
• Generate sales leads and build relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the waste management industry and its products and services.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure customer service excellence through timely resolution of customer issues.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to network and generate leads.

• Assist in the recruitment process which includes job postings for trainee in my careers future
• Manatel recruitment platform to assist in transferring data
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with Technical interviewers
• Maintain and update databases of pipeline candidates, providing regular reports on recruitment metrics to management.
• Participate in career fairs and recruitment events to promote Red Alpha Cybersecurity as an employer of choice.

Qualifications / Skills:

• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Education and Experience:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous Intern experience in recruitment or HR operations is an advantage.

Position:Security Officers

• Able to commit 4 days work 1 day off, 3 days work 1 day off schedule.
• 12 hours permanent shift
• Location: islandwide
• Salary Package: $2,650 to $3,500 (Depends on experience)
