Job Scope

The essential responsibilities of the Hair Therapist include:

• Assist Consultants in providing services to clients such as scalp/hair treatments, shampooing, blow dry styling, chemical treatments and processes.
• Maintains safety standards and environment cleanliness
• Update Sales Consultants of customers' scalp and hair condition for follow up.
• Emphasizes product benefits and assist clients in the selection of retail products or services for their hair care needs
• Communicate with customers while delivering treatments on the treatment steps, benefits and products
• Maintains a consistent relationship with client base in order to ensure return clients
• Attends and participates in continuing education on upgrading treatment techniques.
• Provide relevant support when necessary, e.g., attending external events, workshops, road shows, fashion and hair shows, etc.
• ​​​Carry out duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management.

Salary: $2200-$2400

Job Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Accounts:

• Issue Invoices
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Handle accounts receivable and payable.
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage general ledger entries.

Corporate Sales Management:

• Manage online inquiries for corporate sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams to process sales orders.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for corporate clients.
• Monitor and follow up on payments and outstanding balances.

Customer Service:

• Provide after-sales support to corporate clients.
• Address and resolve customer queries and issues efficiently.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Ad Hoc Duties:

• Assist with financial audits and regulatory compliance.
• Support the management team with special projects as needed.
