Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering
- Possess knowledge or past experiences in industrial automation, robotics, vision systems, IIoT, assembly and test process automation solutions
- Minimum 3 years sales experience servicing the Optoelectronics, Semiconductor IDM & OSAT, and Consumer Electronic/Device manufacturing industries.
- Regional travelling is expected.
Jobs Scope:
You are responsible for Business Development of Automation Equipment Programs & Solutions for the Optoelectronics, Semiconductor IDM & OSAT, and Consumer Electronic/Device market segment in line with set Yearly Revenue & GM targets.
You will provide excellent Customers Fulfillment & Satisfaction, Quality and Cost goals through your leadership of a team of Design Engineers, Project & Product Engineers and Site Engineers (Matrix Mgmt) including regular updates of the pipelines.
- Develop a Sales Strategy Plan for business expansion and penetration into these market segment through cultivation and development of industry contacts and building up potential pipelines/prospects to achieve set Revenue and Margin goals.
- Actively pursue and screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; while resolving internal priorities.
- Actively build up a quality pipeline of prospects worth at least 5-10 times the yearly set targets to allow for proper gestation of the on-going prospects.
- Attend to Request for Quote (RFQ) process, from obtaining the BOM and to propose a quotation for Management review for the timely submission to customer to Win the prospects.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Identify diversification business opportunities and expand customer bases.
- To establish rapport, relationships & excellent communications with customers and providing excellent customers satisfaction while updating & influencing Snr Mgmt within the company.
- To provide leadership and organization skills in coordinating activities of various interest groups to deliver customer satisfaction and timeline deliveries – from Snr. Mgmt to Design teams to Operations and Site Support teams.
- To provide Sales Pipeline on a -weekly basis and sales projection & forecasts bi-weekly to enable the consolidation of total Company Revenue forecasts.
- To manage the SAP Sales Order entries for won projects ending with the timely invoicing and payments from the customer.
