Job Responsibilities

• Overseeing inventory and procurement processes
• Harmonizing and streamline inventory and procurement processes.
• Overseeing and handling agreements and service contracts.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing agreements and service contracts.
• Coordinate with legal teams and maintain accurate records of all agreements and service contracts.
• Track contract performance against agreed service levels and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain a detailed service guide that includes information about lab services, methodologies, and contact details.
• Oversee inventory levels, forecasting, and replenishment strategies of all supply chain.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by reporting officer.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Laboratory Science, Business Administration, Management or a related field. Alternatively, a diploma or an associate degree in a relevant field combined with extensive experience may also be acceptable.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a laboratory setting
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to track performance, manage timelines and ensure deliverables.
