A major Christian charity is looking for an accomplished Head of HR to lead a large team in a comprehensive leadership role.
The Role:
This position will oversee recruitment and retention, compensation and benefits, talent management, learning and development and payroll, ensuring these functions are aligned with the charity's mission and organisational objectives.
The successful candidate will play the lead role in developing HR strategy and spearheading initiatives that foster growth, engagement and development within the workforce. Beyond overseeing daily HR operations, you will collaborate closely with executive leadership to help drive business transformation projects and facilitate organisational change. This role presents significant opportunities for promotion, with pathways to higher leadership positions within the organisation.
Skills & Experience:
You will be a qualified and experienced HR leader with broad expertise across all areas of HR. Alongside strong operational knowledge, you will excel in strategic planning and have a proven track record of driving organisational change by working closely with executive leadership as a trusted and effective business partner.
