Location: Pandan Crescent
Work hours: Mon – Fri, 9am to 5.30pm
Responsibilities:
• Maintain transaction of AR and AP including but not limited to process payments, issue invoices, staff reimbursements, bank reconciliations and general ledger.
• GST preparation and submission
• Insurance claims for medical and work injury incidents
• Medical claims/ insurance claims/ allowance claims.
• Provide HR administrative and corporate services
• In charge for the on boarding and off boarding of staffs
• Applications for various types of claims, grants, programs and courses for employees
• Updating of employees' personal particulars
• Managing of employees' leave and claims
• Any other ad-hoc activities assigned.
Qualifications & experience:
• Preferably with at-least 2 years of relevant experience. Previous experience in an accounting and admin role is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and good team player with good communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple duties and responsibilities at one time
• SAGE, Excel and Word
• Preferably Certificate/Diploma in accounting
