The Role
Leading our established Technical Shipping team, you will collaborate with Ship Owners and Ship Management companies to deliver high-end recruitment solutions across Asia Pacific. Initially, you will manage and develop a small team, with plans to expand and build a larger team around you. You will also work closely with the Director to build relationships with business owners, secure new business for yourself and your team, and strategically shape the vision and direction of your business area. This role also offers the potential for broader business management responsibilities in the future.

While a background in Maritime is not required—thanks to our extensive experience in this sector—we expect you to have the confidence and tenacity to quickly learn the market and excel in client development.

The package includes a competitive base salary of SGD6,000 to SGD8,000 (based on experience), team-related bonuses, 26 days of annual leave plus public holidays, full medical coverage, a wellness allowance, and numerous performance-based incentives and rewards.
