Job summary:
As Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, you will assist the Deputy Director to translate MPA’s well-being strategies into actionable programms. This will require you to work with internal and external stakeholders to implement programmes that support officers’ well-being (health, nutrition and mental well-being).
Key duties:
- Plan, curate/organize relevant programmes and materials to strengthen employee well-being and build an engaged workforce.
- Liaise with internal or external stakeholders to coordinate the conduct of the programmes which includes venue booking/preparation, registration and logistics coordination.
- Ensure timely processing of payment to vendors for services rendered and proper accounting records of the transactions.
- You will also work with the Learning & Development team to:
- Curate and organize learning programmes to equip supervisors on the know-hows on supporting their officers’ well-being.
- Provide administrative support for in-house learning programmes (e.g. orientation for new officers)
Requirement:
- You should be a team player with strong stakeholders’ management skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in training support, health/well-being promotion, events management would be an advantage.
