Responsibilities:

• Processing of sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices accurately ad timely
• Communicate and coordinate efficiently with colleagues of all departments ensuring timely order fulfilment
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Answer all product-related questions and addressing queries promptly.
• Prepare written and verbal quotations to customers timely and accurately
• Follow up on inquires through communication channels, maintaining strong customer relationships at all times
• Actively promote the brand to Establish and develop new leads with potential customers
• Support the development of new and existing products
• Bookkeeping of customers’ transactions, complaints and all necessary records.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude on all times
• Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills to provide exceptional service
• Other duties as assigned by management

Outdoor Sales Responsibilities:

• Identifying potential customers and gathering information about their needs and preferences.
• Visiting potential clients at their locations to present products or services, demonstrate features, and explain benefits.
• Establishing rapport and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations tailored to the specific needs of each customer, highlighting how the product or service can solve their problems or meet their requirements.

Requirements:

• Min. O levels and above
• Proficient in MS Office application such as Word, Excel
• Class 3 Driving License

JOB SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES

This position is part of the Engineering Lateral Recruiting team focused on sourcing experienced engineering talent into offices in APAC. This role will involve managing the full recruiting life cycle, and strong relationship management with internal clients, candidates and external vendors. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering creative recruiting solutions, and a proven track record of direct sourcing engineering talent.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

• Manage your own full cycle recruitment activities for the Engineering business for locations across APAC
• Design strategy for recruitment efforts to ensure we are providing a diverse talent pool
• Source and identify talent through LinkedIn, Boolean, as well as creative and non-traditional avenues
• Build out candidate pipelines by referral generation and researching recruiting conferences and sourcing events
• Manage candidate flow, track and monitor interview progress
• Recommend and drive improvements to the local sourcing strategy and pipeline
• Maintain strong stakeholder management
• Manage hiring volume and headcount goals
• Structure new offers and work with compensation team and business partners to determine appropriate package
• Help to provide feedback and influence hiring decisions
• Partner with the divisional business partners, employee relations, legal, background check and others to provide full service to clients
• Develop external contacts to stay abreast of new hiring practices and trends in the industry

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1 year of experience in recruiting/search experience in a financial services organization or professional services firm
• Experience in recruiting Analyst to VP level professionals across APAC (HK, SG, AU etc)
• Client focused, proactive, team player
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to work in high volume environment; handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
• Proven ability in managing external vendors
• Credibility to influence at the highest levels within divisions and the firm

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical Design: Collaborate on system requirements, develop schematics, select components, and design control logic for marine vessel propulsion/control systems.
• Commissioning and Integration: Oversee installation, testing, and validation of electrical systems.
• System Optimization: Analyze performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement innovative solutions.
• Documentation and Reporting: Create technical documentation and commissioning reports.
• Regulatory Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with maritime regulations, industry standards, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Relevant experience in electrical design/commissioning (marine propulsion/control systems preferred)
• Proficiency in electrical design software (AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN) and simulation tools
• Knowledge of marine electrical systems, industry standards (ABS, DNV, IMO), and regulations
• Requires to travel overseas for commissioning activities (shipyards/vessels)
