Key Responsibilities

· Responsible for the full spectrum of human resources, administrative, recruitment processes and onboarding process.

· Review and manage HR policies and procedures in accordance with company regulations and local regulatory compliance.

· Maintain and upkeep of employee records. This includes all HR Reports and MOM surveys.

· Assist with daily operations of the HR functions e.g. employee enquiries, grievances and complaints, and all work-related HR issues.

· Coordinate training and development activities for employees.

· Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs.

· Utilize Excel and PowerPoint to create insightful HR reports and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore labour laws and regulations, knowledge or other Asia countries will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
• Knowledge of HRIS (BIPO) will be an added advantage.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Resourceful mindset, strong attention to detail and handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
