We are looking for a highly motivated individual for our growing company and you will have the opportunity to work on various HR functions and participate in HR related projects.
Role and Responsibilities
· HR administration including preparation of Employment Contracts, letters and other documentations and maintenance of HRIS
· Recruitment activities including screening, coordination and arrangement of interviews
· Work Pass application and renewals
· Payroll processing and CPF submission
· Data Entry, maintain and update of data from clients
· Other administration support including filing, preparation of proposals and office administration duties
· Any other HR related projects
Other requirements
· Diploma in Business and related courses
· 1-2 years’ experience
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· High adaptability and good initiative
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
