We are looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist (Employer Branding & HR Business Partner) to build up an employer brand that will attract and appeal to top talents in the market. You will play a critical role to develop employer brand strategy and execution plans for our employer brand channels. Working with HR team and business leaders, you will be managing various social media platforms and resources available to increase employer brand awareness and drive recruitment strategies by widening the recruitment channels. You will also be the brand ambassador to uphold the cultural values and establish employee value proposition.

Employer Branding
· Lead the employer branding related social media activities as well as employee engagement activities to ensure successful and effective implementation
· Take ownership of the materials and digital marketing direction of the content across our company’s website, and social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram or EDMs.
- Develop deep relationships with university groups, including faculty and student clubs, to design school-specific strategies that enhance our value proposition and brand on campus
- Plan and execute on campus events with a focus on early engagement, education, and strategic branding
- Identify and build on potential partnership opportunities to enhance our employer brand and relationships with external partners
- Communicate requirements and timelines to internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the smooth delivery of events and engagement initiatives
HR Business Partner
- Provide full spectrum of HR services to the business to ensure pro-active support for business growth and aligning people with the culture we want to cultivate and build
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for new graduate and intern candidates across multiple teams
- Support talent management and career development agenda, and execute and manage exit plans
- Induct and integrate new employees on policies, systems and processes, improve HR processes and change management
- Oversee all HR operations and issues to meet business needs
