• Diploma/Degree in HRM or related field
• Min 2 years’ experience in human resource function in a similar capacity, preferably in F&B / Retail industry/ Fast paced
• Good knowledge of industry practise & MOM Laws
• Independent, proactive, resourceful and strong team player with solid analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with "SAP/Success Factor" will be an added advantage.
• Able to start work immediately.

• Actively develop new client relationships in the SME arena
• Acquire prospective clients through cold-calling and referrals
• Provide prudent financial solutions for clients thorough an understanding of their financial requirements
• Engage and cultivate long term working relationships with clients and business partners on pending funding applications
• Ensure proper advisory procedures and documentation while adhering to the company’s policies and internal processes
• Products include business loans, commercial property loans, trade financing, home loans, and more.
