As an IT Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for attracting and identifying top IT talent for our clients. Your expertise in IT recruitment, combined with your exceptional communication and networking skills, will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful placement of candidates in the rapidly evolving IT industry.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive searches to identify potential IT candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals.
- Building and maintaining a strong network of IT professionals by actively engaging with candidates and staying updated on industry trends and developments.
- Screening and shortlisting candidates based on their qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit with clients' organizations.
- Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical competencies and soft skills.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their IT talent requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Providing consultative advice to clients regarding market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and negotiating offers.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business opportunities.
- Keeping accurate records of candidate interactions and maintaining an up-to-date database of potential candidates.
- Monitoring and reporting on key recruitment metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Recruitment Consultant or a similar role, with a track record of successfully placing IT professionals.
- In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
