4. Work with HR Department and assure that employee grievances are addressed in a timely fashion.

5. Maintain and ensure work safety and practices. Also continually improve safety record by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes.

6. Maintain and improve housekeeping in all areas.

7. Establish and prepare process documentation such as work instruction, process specifications and assist on the quality plan.

8. Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving plant operations and solving production-related problems.

9. Conducts employee performance reviews based on job descriptions to determine competency, knowledge, and contribution of the staff.

10. Communicate regularly with all production and maintenance teams, both individually and as a group, to ensure good two-way communication concerning production and maintenance issues.

11. Maintain and update operating manuals for all the manufacturing equipment and facilities.

12. Maintain and update operating training manuals for all manufacturing processes.

13. Perform any other ad-hoc projects or tasks to be assigned by the HOD / Management from time to time.

Job Requirement

1. Minimum 5 years working experience in manufacturing environment.

2. Able to supervise and lead the subordinates.

3. Willing to work after working hour or during non-working days when needed.

4. Able to work under pressure.

5. Computer literate.

6. Knowledge in ISO is an advantage.

7. Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing / Electrical /Mechanical / Engineering discipline.

Salary Package

$3,500 to $4,000

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for new and existing clients.
• Meet with new or existing clients and provide sensible solutions to address HR issues.
• Advice clients on matters relating to HR & Payroll in accordance to Employment Act and other Singapore laws.
• Develop or assist in the development of Employee Handbook, HR Templates, Policies and Procedures for clients.
• Prepare payroll for clients.
• Manage CPF and tax filing such as IR8A and IR21.
• Post and monitor job advertisements.
• Convert candidate resumes to company format.
• Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Research on organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Assist in finding and developing new markets and clients.
• Prepare or assist in preparing proposals for clients.

Requirements

• Preferably 1 year of experience in HR or Payroll function
• Fresh graduate who is willing to learn are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Intermediate/advanced MS Word skills and basic Excel skills are highly valued.
• Past experience using HR & Payroll software such as Employment Hero, Talenox and Info-tech, etc. is highly valued.

Selected candidates will be generally required to report to office but hybrid working arrangements can be discussed.
